Saint Michael The Archangel
isn’t actually a saint, but rather he is an angel, and the
leader of all angels and of the army of God. This is what the
title “Archangel” means, that he is above all the others in
rank.
St. Michael is invoked for
protection, especially from lethal enemies. He is also the
patron of soldiers, police and doctors.
The Archangel Michael is honored
as the angel who fought for God against Satan in the battle
described in the book of Revelation (20:1-3). Because of this,
he is the patron saint of police officers. A Saint Michael
necklace is often worn by police officers or their spouse as a

St. Michael the Archangel is
